Silver Tree Therapies

There has been a lot going on over the past months that I wanted to catch you up on:

Firstly, I completed my two year foundational training in Biodymanic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) with the School of Inner Health in August, and I am now offering craniosacral therapy in addition to Reiki.

This two year journey was transformational in many ways. I have learned so much about human anatomy and the amazing capacity for healing contained in the body, and I’m honored to be able to utilize this methodology to offer support to those seeking holistic solutions to chronic pain, headaches, stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and sleep disorders.

Because of this addition to my offerings, I have changed my business name from Silver Tree Reiki to Silver Tree Therapies.

After completing my program, I was able to take seven weeks and walk the Camino Francés, one of many pilgrimages leading to Santiago de Compostela in Spain. I will be reflecting one what I learned on the road to Santiago for a long time to come and sharing little nuggets with you on social media. I am happy to be home, refreshed and ready to provide you with support.
