ABOUT ME

After the career that I thought would be my life’s work was halted due to the COVID pandemic, I took time to consider my path carefully. I spent many months in quiet reflection, asking the questions and being open to receive the answers.

I became aware that I wanted to start down a path of healing and help others on their healing journeys as well. My purpose as a holistic therapist is to provide a safe, serene space in this chaotic world dedicated to healing. I take great pleasure in helping my clients regulate their nervous systems and feel safe and loved while they seek restoration. I look forward to joining my intention with yours as you seek balance, comfort, and healing.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
I am a graduate of Gonzaga University in Spokane, WA, where I earned a degree in English. I spent more than a decade working on sustainability projects with partners in developing communities in Central and South America, enabling young folks from the US an Canada to travel and learn in communities that are rooted in their traditional ways of life and live in close communion with their ancestral lands.
Community has played a large role in my life, and I have spent the past many years engaged in my North Idaho mountain community, supporting small business and development projects and actively promoting equality and continued access to public education, public services, and public lands.
I received my master Reiki attunement in the Usui tradition in 2021. In August of 2025, I will complete my foundational training in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy with Margaret Rosenau at the School of Inner Health.

I am a life-long learner with passion for travel and cultural exploration, nature, and the arts.
